Role: Lead Counsellor based at the University of Lincoln
Hours: 14 hours per week
Salary: £20,020 pa (pro rata)
Location: Predominately based at the University of Lincoln, though work will be required in our Grantham office too

Trust House Lincolnshire is a Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre providing counselling for those affected by rape or sexual abuse. The service currently delivers counselling for children, young people and adults both male and female.
As well as delivering service from our centre in Grantham, we also provide counselling for students at the University of Lincoln on their campus.
The role will be based at the University of Lincoln. However, the post-holder will also be required to work from our Grantham office at times and may need to be able to travel across the county.
We are looking for a qualified counsellor with experience of working within the trauma sector.
The Lead Counsellor will work alongside the Clinical Lead to ensure a professional service to all clients from the moment they enter the service to the end of their personal journey with us. The post holder will be responsible for conducting Initial assessments for new clients, allocating clients to volunteer counsellors, providing support to counsellors and to manage the day-to-day relationship with the University of Lincoln.
You will be required to undergo enhanced DBS clearance to work at Trust House and references will be sought.
