We’ve come a long way since we started in 2015.

The early days saw us working from one room in our local Addaction offices, trying to get everything ready to move into our own centre and open the doors to the people we knew were waiting for us.

Now we’re starting to outgrow our lovely building, the staff team has doubled in size and we have an amazing group of over 40 volunteers giving up their own time.

But the best thing is that since we started, we’ve supported over 700 people who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse in Lincolnshire. And that’s not including the people we’ve spoken to on our support line or who have emailed us to ask for help.

700 people. 700 people who have reached out for help and found us waiting there.

It’s been a privilege to walk alongside each and every one of those people.

And now things are changing slightly for us.

When we started, we worked under The Survivors Trust and with their support we’re now in a position to go alone.

We are now a registered charity in our own right.

We have our own Board of Trustees.

And we’re ready to push forward with our plans for the future.

We will always put supporting people at the very heart of what we do. Our counselling service is there for the men, women and children in Lincolnshire who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse.

But we have plans. Plans for new ways to support people including new parent and child packages, groups and new ways of working.

We’re in the middle of revamping our training packages.

And we’ve had a fresh new look online too.

We’ve got a spring in our step and an excitement that won’t quite settle down!

So it’s the same focus and the same ultimate aim – a world where we’re not needed. But we’re bringing in a whole new vibe and new ways of working.

We’d love for you to join our community and keep up to date with what we’re up to, our campaigns and to celebrate the good stuff with us.

It’s all change. Kind of.
